If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after the product was received to get a full refund.
After the product has been delivered, please check the contents of the parcel straight away. If you notice a product or any part of it is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We weight-check all parcels for irregularities. Certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
The product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it fulfils your expectations. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won’t get the full refund.
The product must not be used and must be returned in the same condition that you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, user guides, leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) and in the original packaging.
Ensure that you properly protect the products when returning them to us to prevent damage while in transit. Until we receive the product and inspect it, you are responsible for any damage that occur to it.
How to return the product
Returning the product is very easy.
We provide the possibility to collect it at home or bring it to a drop-off point. In any case, we will provide you with a return label for you to add on the package.
Contact us via telephone or email clearly stating that you are terminating the agreement and quoting the order number or the product serial number. You will easily find our contact details in the footer of our website www.hee-tee.com.
All returns are free of charge.
The only cost you will assume is the delivery back to our facilities.
If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won’t get the full refund.
When you receive your refund
We will refund you all amounts already paid within 30 days after receiving the products in our facilities and after checking its condition. If the products are undamaged, we will only deduct the transport costs back to our facilities from the amount refunded.
